4일 국토교통부에 따르면 전세사기피해지원위원회는 지난 2월 세 차례 회의를 열어 총 1163건을 심의하고 이 가운데 501건을 전세사기 피해자 등으로 추가로 인정했다. 이로써 ‘전세사기피해자법’ 시행 이후 전세사기 피해자로 인정된 사례는 누적 3만6950건으로 늘었다.
